The Monarch

Job Description:
Launch the social media presence of a new bar and restaurant within Wichita's Delano District. A higher-end restaurant and bar geared towards creatives, it was important to establish a consistent look and feel of the graphics as well as a consistent tone of voice across all platforms.

It is always challenging to birth a brand new social media identity. Establishing momentum is a primary challenge, especially for the food/drink industries, and requires convincing a few dozen early adopters that they get value from following these new channels. For this client, we photographed several events, created custom Facebook Apps featuring their menus, culled content from many sources, promoted specials and more. Using social media scheduling software and twice monthly interviews with the business owner, we were able to schedule posts far enough in advance to remain cost-effective for the client's budget but with enough flexibility to remain timely.
